No Wonder I Listened to Classic Rock in High School
Thanks, Matt (and Donovan), for pointing out this amusing little cultural barometer. Matt got a bunch of real stinkers in his list and I got at least three boy-bands in mine. Although I’ve since found a more genereational-appropriate music niche, thank the maker for the music from the 60s and 70s.
The rules:
- Go to musicoutfitters.com
- Enter the year you graduated from high school in the search function and get the list of 100 most popular songs of that year
- Bold the songs you like, strike through the ones you hate and underline your favorite. Do nothing to the ones you don’t remember (or don’t care about).

You didn’t underline your favorite as far as I can tell. Which one is your favorite? I am dying to know.

Whoops, I forgot to underline #51, One Week by Barenaked Ladies (an easy choice).
Thanks, Justin!
